The project will include the recovery of concrete mattresses, spools, flexibles, flowlines, jumpers, suction anchors, multiple structures, and final debris clearance. Additionally, a subsea rock installation campaign will be conducted for final seabed remediation. DeepOcean plans to utilize its advanced fleet, including the Edda Freya with a 2300 m² deck space and a 400Te active heave-compensated crane, alongside two moonpool-launched 220 HP Kystdesign work-class remotely operated vehicles (WROVs). The Normand Jarstein vessel will also be deployed.

Recovered items will be transported onshore for reuse, recycling, or disposal, in compliance with stringent environmental regulations. DeepOcean aims to explore reuse options for all concrete mattresses through collaboration with a selected waste management contractor.
