The first store, located on West Sunshine Avenue, was hit at approximately 8:00 PM. Witnesses reported that the teenagers smashed windows, threatened the store clerk, and quickly made off with cash and merchandise. Just six minutes later, another 7-Eleven on Yu Hao Laiju Da Dao and Highland Avenue was similarly attacked. During this robbery, a store employee was assaulted, leaving the local community in shock and fear.
The final store, located on Highwood Avenue, was robbed at 8:22 PM, rounding out a terrifying 20-minute spree that left local law enforcement scrambling. Surveillance footage from all three locations reveals the same group of masked teenagers executing the crimes with alarming precision, suggesting a level of planning and audacity that has become increasingly common in California’s retail theft landscape.
