Boyes Turner’s family law team in Reading is marking a milestone as it celebrates three years of continuous growth, highlighted by the recent appointment of Lizzie Dravnieks as Associate Solicitor. Ms. Dravnieks brings her expertise from a prominent family law firm in Hampshire, following closely on the earlier appointment of Nicola Weeks as Senior Associate Solicitor earlier this year.
Founded in 2021 by Head of Family Law, Paul Linsell, Boyes Turner’s family law division has swiftly earned a reputation for delivering high-quality advice with a compassionate and comprehensive service approach. The team handles diverse aspects of family law, employing a variety of negotiation and dispute resolution techniques, with a particular emphasis on mediation, in response to the evolving landscape of family law.
Recent amendments to the Family Procedure Rules (FPR) emphasize “non-court dispute resolution” (NCDR), a shift expected to drive heightened demand for Boyes Turner’s services, particularly in mediation, according to firm projections.
Paul Linsell remarked, “I’ve always believed in a different approach to divorce. Throughout my career, my goal has been to innovate and improve practices, prioritizing the welfare of children and families above all else. The new NCDR rules align perfectly with Boyes Turner’s established ethos in family law. With our expanding team, I look forward to extending our support to even more individuals and families.”
Barry Stanton, Managing Partner at Boyes Turner, added, “As a firm, it’s easy to use terms like ‘disruptive,’ but Paul has consistently sought progressive methods to engage with families, guiding them through challenging life transitions. We are immensely proud of what he and the team have accomplished, positioning Boyes Turner as the premier family law resource in the region.”
