To spearhead this expansion, the firm has appointed Jose (Joe) Cherson and Michael Feldenkrais as partners. Cherson, a seasoned US patent agent with over 15 years of experience, specializes in IP law with a focus on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, telecommunications, and biomedical devices.
Feldenkrais, a legal veteran with over 30 years of expertise, brings a wealth of knowledge in commercial law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and healthcare. His background also includes entrepreneurial ventures in healthcare, intellectual property, and the gaming sector.
