Carmel police enforce quality of life laws amid rise in complaints

Carmel police say they are enforcing quality of life laws because they’re getting a lot more complaints.

In the past two weeks, officers have issued multiple summonses for things like soliciting without a permit and illegal dumping.

The department says those problems increase as the temperatures increase.
