Guam’s AG wants series of storm-related laws changed

The attorney general of Guam is recommending a series of public law changes to better respond to major storms such as the recent Typhoon Mawar.

But he also has some strong opinions about the ongoing recovery, and is urging leaders to get together to assess what needs improving ahead of the next supertyphoon.
